For tuckshops, salons, hardware stores and market traders
Every sale, on record.
ZimBiz OS is a till, stock book and debt book on your Android phone. It works without internet, takes USD and ZiG, prints receipts and sends them on WhatsApp.
Free for 30 days. No card needed. Android 8 or newer.
What it does
The counter book, the stock book and the debt book, in one app
Built around how small shops in Zimbabwe actually trade: cash and mobile money, two currencies, customers who pay at month end.
Sell in seconds
Tap products or scan barcodes with the phone camera. ZimBiz OS works out the change, saves the basket as you go, and lets you park a sale to serve the next customer.
- Quick cash buttons and change on the receipt
- Cash, mobile money, card, credit or a mix
- Quotations and pro-forma invoices that convert to sales
Know who owes you, and remind them politely
Sell on credit with a due date. Each customer has a running balance in their own currency, a statement you can share, and a reminder that opens in their WhatsApp chat for you to send.
- Overdue customers flagged on the home screen
- Repayments settle the oldest sale first
- Your payment details added to every reminder
Receipts and invoices with your name on them
Add your logo, address, TIN and payment details once. Every printed receipt, WhatsApp receipt, PDF invoice, quotation and statement carries them.
- 58 mm and 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printers (ESC/POS)
- Itemised PDF invoices and quotations to share
- Receipts sent as text on WhatsApp, no printer needed
Stock that adds up
Every change to stock has a reason: a sale, a delivery, a count, damage or theft. Count the shelves, see what is missing and what it cost, and get a reorder list based on what actually sells.
- Low-stock alerts and a shareable reorder list
- Purchases, supplier balances and average cost
- Losses report by reason
Staff PINs
Give each worker their own PIN and choose what they can see and do. Every change is logged.
Reports
Daily sales, profit estimates, expenses, best sellers and debts. Export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
Automatic backups
An encrypted backup every day to Google Drive or a folder. Restore on a new phone.
Expenses and cash
Record expenses with photos, count the cash drawer and see the difference.
Suppliers
Record deliveries, what you still owe each supplier, and payments.
Your data, your phone
No account, no cloud. Export everything whenever you want, even after a plan ends.
Pricing
Start free. Pay monthly or yearly.
Pay with EcoCash or OneMoney in the app downloaded from this site, or through Google Play. Your records and exports stay available even if a plan ends.

Privacy
Your records stay on your phone
ZimBiz OS has no accounts and no cloud database. Sales, stock, customers and debts are stored privately on the phone. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase only you know. When you pay for a plan, only your business name, the plan and the paying number go to the payment service.
Questions
Before you start
Do I need internet to use it?
No. Selling, stock, customers, reports and receipts all work offline. You need internet only to pay for a plan, to send WhatsApp messages, and for Google Drive to upload your backup.
Is ZimBiz OS a ZIMRA fiscal device?
No. Receipts and invoices say "Not a fiscal tax invoice". If your business is VAT-registered and must fiscalise, keep using your fiscal device for tax invoices. Fiscal integration is planned.
Which phones does it run on?
Android 8.0 or newer, including low-cost phones. It is not available for iPhone.
What is the difference between the website download and Google Play?
They are the same app. The download from this site lets you pay with EcoCash or OneMoney through Paynow. The Google Play version is paid through Google Play. They are installed as separate apps, so move your records between them with an encrypted backup.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
They stay on your phone. You can still open them and export everything to PDF, Excel, CSV or a backup file.
Can two phones share the same business?
Not yet. Each phone holds one business. Staff can share one phone, each with their own PIN. Sync between phones is planned.
Which receipt printers work?
58 mm and 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printers that use ESC/POS, which covers most low-cost receipt printers. Pair the printer in Android's Bluetooth settings, then choose it in More → Printer.
